I have been searching for a good hair removal product for years. I have seen your product on TV in the past and i have dismissed it as a good idea, because i have been burnt by TV products before.

I have purchased and thrown out many hair removal products because they failed to live up to the advertised promise.

I only purchased your product ( Nad's hair removal gel) because i made bet with my husband. He was going to pay thousands of dollars for me to have perm. laser hair removal, if i had really tried all the products available, as he is tired of  me making appointments with salons to be professionally waxed and paying a LOT for the luxury of soft smooth skin.

For about 12 months now i have tried every available product in supermarkets and chemists. I am very unhappy and dissapointed  with the results.

I finally purchased Nad's, so i could start booking my laser appointments.........

However, Nads is easy to use, it doesnt have a strange smell, it doesnt leave my skin dry or blotchy or gross and most importantly it WORKS.

I am so sorry i didnt try Nad's sooner.

Thank You for a wonderful product that actually works like you say it will.

From Bec
(a very happy hairless customer)

Alternatively, check our list of frequently asked questions:

I have experienced bruising/swelling/irritation when using the product, what did i do wrong?
  • Are you a diabetic/take oral retinoids(antibiotics)/is your skin very inelastic or dry? If so, you should not be using this product. For a detailed explanation of suitable skins types, you should refer to our instruction leaflet.

  • Did you remember to keep the skin taut as you pulled the strip off?
This is essential to prevent bruising/swelling/irritation.

  • Did you pull the strip up rather than close to the skin?
    This can cause bruising/swelling/irritation.

  • Did you go over the same area more than twice on your face?
Do not re-wax the area if your skin is irritated.

  • Did you use the product just before or during your period?
Your skin is really sensitive during this time and I wouldn’t recommend waxing until after your period. You will find that it will be a far less painful experience then.
  • Was the hair very long?
We advise to trim the hair to 5mm, as longer hair will be more painful to remove and you might experience bruising/swelling/irritation.

If it is none of the above: unfortunately some people are more susceptible to bruising/swelling/irritation than others, this is why we recommend you try the wax on a small area first and wait for 24 hours before commencing treatment.

No hair came off when I used the wax, what did I do wrong?

Hair may not come out if:

  • it is not at least 3-5mm long
  • the area is not clean and free from makeup and moisturisers
  • the area is not dried after using the cleansing wipes
  • too thick a layer of gel is applied – it needs to be thin
  • you do not pull off the strip in the opposite direction of hair  growth
  • you pull off the cotton strip upwards rather than close to the skin
  • the skin was not held taut
Can I re-use strips?

Yes you can re-use strips until they are no longer effective but do not treat the same area on your face more than twice.
